Mobility Access
Kentucky Performing Arts theaters offer barrier-free access for patrons using wheelchairs, walkers or other mobility devices on all seating and parking levels, as well as ticket counters and personal conveniences. A limited number of courtesy wheelchairs are available for loan. Please reserve them when purchasing your ticket through the box office.
Patrons who wish to transfer to a theater seat must be able to stand and transfer to a theater seat, side to side transfer is not possible in our theaters.
Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for patrons with accessible needs and their companions. We highly recommend guests that need accessible seating contact our ticket office directly; our staff is knowledgeable about our facilities and they will provide the best service for our guests with accessible requirements.
Staff and volunteers, are not able to assist patrons in transferring to or from a wheelchair, theater seat or vehicle; operate motorized mobility aids such as scooters; or to provide personal attendant services such as assisting patrons in the restroom. Staff and Volunteers are not permitted to accompany patrons into the parking garage.
