What is the bag and prohibited items policy?

Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags, camera bags, or duffel bags. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: Weapons, outside food or beverages, illegal drugs or paraphernalia, cameras, video cameras, selfie sticks, or recording devices. Only service animals are allowed inside. Security reserves the right to add or modify the list of prohibited items to ensure the safety of our patrons and guests. KPA will not provide storage. How do I purchase a subscription?

Kentucky Performing Arts does not sell subscription packages. For information on subscriptions with PNC Broadway in Louisville, Louisville Orchestra, Kentucky Opera, Louisville Ballet, or StageOne Family Theatre memberships, please contact the organization directly.

Do you offer Accessibility Services?

How do I access my digital ticket?

Log in to mytickets.kentuckyperformingarts.org with the same email and password you use to purchase tickets from Kentucky Performing Arts. A link to your wallet can also be found in your order confirmation and show reminder. You can find additional information on the MY TICKETS page.

Is there a dress code?

There is no formal dress code. We recommend that you dress for the type of entertainment you are going to attend. For the classical art forms like opera, ballet, and orchestra, we recommend business or business casual. For Broadway musicals, we recommend business casual dress. For children’s theatre, comedy performances, or concerts, we recommend casual attire. We want you to be comfortable, so please know that these are just suggestions. For safety reasons, guests must wear shoes inside our buildings.
